Long Road

I am typing this post from the R. V. It is moving, and we are online. How cool is that?

We are just outside of Salt Lake City, Utard. Two days ago we stayed overnightin Vegas. We were at the nicest R. V. park I have ever seen (and the first one I have ever seen). Some of the pads had fireplaces, state-of-the-art barbeques, it had travertine and granite in the bathrooms, even the showers had regular, rain, and massaging shower heads. it was truly five star motoring.

Last night, however, we did a complete 180 in the land of the momo's. Not that it was, bad, just exactly what you would expect a trailer park to be. We moseyed over to the park restaraunt, nanna and papas, and tried not to dissolve in fits of giggles as the woman offered us plates. bleh. It was so nasty. somehow the chicken was orange and, eww.. We pretty much just grilled out and then went to bed though, so it didn't matter.

While in Vegas, we ate at my favorite restaraunt on earth; Jimmy buffet's Margaritaville. Margo and I kicked back a few slushy concoctions and then proceeded to teeter through both Ceasar's and the Bellagio ever so slightly louder than necessary. Then, after everyone else headed back to the ritz, we went to the Alladin to play Wheel! Of! Fortune! You win some, you lose some; I won some she lost some.

Anywho, now we are driving again. Yesterday we went through Nevada, arizona, and Utard, Today we go through Utard, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming, which, apparently is where we are going. Who knew?

Last Day

Today is my last day at my summer job. On monday I go on vacation, then I go immediately back to school. Do not tell a soul, but I secretely really like my job, and kinda sorta wish it wasn't over. Oh well, figures, I have a job I hate, I have to stay for-ev-er. I get a job I love, three weeks. Bleh.

On monday I leave to go to Yellowstone with Kat's family. We will spend the first night in Vegas, the second in utah, then we will be hangin' with yogi and booboo. We are driving there in this:

We couldn't get the guest post thing going, so here is what she says:

Mmmk...here goes. Bout a week ago Haley and I were hungrier than Anna Nicole is when eating a bucket of chicken. So, we decided or should I say she decided we should go to Claim Jumper. So at like 10:00 at night, we shmooze into the place and sit down to eat. This is when Charlie enters the scene. *Enter Charlie*

Charlie: Hi welcome to Claim Jumper have you been here before? Can I get you a drink blah blah blah.

Haley: Lemon Drop.

Michelle: Lemon Drop.

Haley: Oh..and a Diet Coke with LEMON!

Charlie: Are you guys 21?

Michelle: NOOOOOOOOOOO. I want some chicken.

Charlie: We have chicken.

Michelle: But I only want a little bit of chicken and the meals here are ginormous!!!

Little bit of a pause..Charlie stares

Michelle: I just need MEAT!

*Mindless laughter*

*Exit Charlie to go get drinks*

*Enter Charlie with beverages*

Charlie: So have you decided what you want to order?

Haley: Yes...I'll have the blue cheese wedge chopped and some potato soup.

Michelle: *Thinks to herself- I need meat. Ahhh screw it !* I'll have the blue cheese wedge NOT CHOPPED with french onion soup.

*Exit Charlie to get food*

*Mindless laughter continues*

*Enter Charlie with food*

We start to eat when Haley notices that her chopped blue cheese wedge is lacking when it comes to the whole dressing issue. Meanwhile Charlie is busy serving a ginormous cookie to the table next door.

Charlie: Would you like some milk with that?

Michelle: *Speaking to Charlie at the table next door* NO, BUT I WOULD LIKE A CHICKEN WING...preferable on a fork.

Night ends as the check comes to the table...Haley writes on the receipt.. CALL ME and leaves her phone number.

*Exit restaurant*

Haley: So what was that guy's name?

Michelle: It was umm Charlie.

Haley: Really? I can't believe that you pay that much attention to details like that. I didn't even remember to read his name tag.

Michelle:*chuckles to herself*

Charlie calls that night and Haley and Charlie continue to chat throughout the week. Haley proceeds to tell everyone about her new friend Charlie.

Then last night happens. Charlie texts and asks us to come to Claim Jumper during his shift. So we go...and Kat comes too.

In the car on the way to Claim Jumper...

Haley: So what do we do when we get there? I mean how are we going to get to his section?

Michelle: Just ask to sit in Charlie's section.

Haley: Are you sure his name is Charlie?

Michelle: Heeheee no.

Haley: What? I have been telling everyone his name is charlie.

Michelle: I know. That's whats so funny.

Haley: So his name isn't really Charlie?

Michelle: No, I kinda made that up.

*Walking to restaurant...Kat casually picks a booger and proceeds to wipe it on Michelle's NEW SHIRT*

Charlie spots us and starts to walk towards us.

Michelle: *waving @ charlie* HI CHARLIE!!!!

Charlie: Charlie? My name is KEN.

Michelle: As in Barbie and KEN????? Muhahahahahhahaahhahaha.

So we sit down and Haley and I order the same shit we did the other night. Kat orders a duplicate of Haley's order....only no Charlie to serve us. Instead, we got a blonde waitress that carded us and didn't even bring me my DAMN CHEESEY BREAD.

*Enter blonde bimbo with our food*
*Exit biiiotch*

Michelle: *picking the burnt crusty cheese off the side of her french onion soup bowl* Eu Eu put it in the shkin box. That one's a keeeeper!

So Charlie is really Ken as in Barbie and Ken. Great story huh?

New Car!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a new car! Yay!!!!! It is so pretty. It is a special edition Volvo Ocean Race. There were 800 made, mine is # 727, it rocks.

It has creamy seats with blue stitching,

blue on the floor mats, it is the v8 awd with 311 horsepower, it is better than yours so ha! It is completely loaded, and bright blue, and pretty.

Miami Vice

I thought that miami Vice was a stupid dumb stubid dumb movie.  My biggest problem was with Colin Farrel's annoying acting. He was so overdramatic, it seemed like acting for elementary students.

Lame Lame Lame!

On the plus side, I ordered travertine for my powder bath. Yay!
