Haley Boyd

A few notes about me:

Born in Mississippi, I grew up west of Los Angeles in the beautiful Conejo Valley. Many of you will see "valley" and assume I am referring to "The Valley" but you would be wrong. This is the next valley over.

I went to a Catholic, all-girls high school in Thousand Oaks and graduated in 2003. This was the real deal, plaid skirts, knee socks, and nuns. I made average grades. Much to the dismay of my parents I usually calculated the value of homework assignments and then decided they were not worth the time. Then I usually went out to play.

I am currently attending a small Liberal Arts College in Durango, Colo. I am a communications major and I now make good grades and am a member of the National Honor Society. I also tutor freshman physics and am a designer for the school newspaper.

I dated my boyfriend Matt for over three years and saw him every day. We met before I went to Durango, and he followed me here. Isn't that sweet? Then he got an internet girlfriend and I kicked him to the curb.

My best friend in the entire world is Kat, and has been since we met in carpool. It was the first day of my tenth grade year and her seventh. She still lives in Socal where she plays water polo and will attend UCIrvine in the fall, and I miss her alot!

I have very supportive parents who have given me way to much, including a beautiful condo near school. I also have a sixteen year old brother. In addition to a love of Lacoste Polos, he is also a pretty talented golfer.

I have a dog named Abbey that is in a wheelchair. She is a paralyzed from the waist down as a result of calcified disks in her spine. She is very happy! I also have a cat named India. I prefer dogs.

I am currently on a diet.
